You’ve learned
how to stay
quiet, overthink, and adjust
to keep the peace.
But it’s starting to cost you…
From Reaction to Choice
You might be here if:
You go quiet in moments where you want to speak up
You replay conversations after they happen, wondering if you said the wrong thing
You feel responsible for keeping things smooth, even when it costs you
You say “it’s fine” or “whatever you want” when it’s not actually what you want
You know you’re capable of more, but something in the moment holds you back
In this group, you’ll practice:
Staying present in uncomfortable moments instead of shutting down or pushing through
Speaking up without over-explaining, softening, or second-guessing yourself
Noticing your reactions and choosing a different response in real time
Building confidence through action, not waiting until you feel ready
Letting the moment be what it is, without rushing to fix or manage it
